Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our store in Mar Vista, Los Angeles. Every package is carefully packed by our team to make sure your canvases, threads, and accessories arrive safely and ready to stitch.
Shipping Options
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are based on your order total:

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total is $125 or more.
Priority and Express shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and your shipping destination. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.
During sales, product drops, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly.
Packaging
Needlepoint canvases are delicate, hand-painted works of art, and we treat them that way. Canvases are shipped flat or (occasionally) rolled (depending on size) with protective packaging to prevent creasing, bending, or damage. Threads and accessories are packed to prevent tangling and shifting during transit.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing info@angelcitystitchery.com with your order number. After that window, your order will begin processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update your address if the order has not yet shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com, usps.com, or through the order status page linked in your confirmation email.
Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or incorrect deliveries by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@angelcitystitchery.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos (for example, of damaged packaging or products).
We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include filing a carrier insurance claim, reshipping the order, or issuing store credit, at our discretion.
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building's mailroom, or contacting the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with a carrier inquiry.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or free reshipment. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you and reship the order at your expense.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO deliveries. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may be longer than standard domestic estimates.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please sign up for our email list to be the first to know if/when international shipping becomes available.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of needlepoint canvases, threads, and accessories, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@angelcitystitchery.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
