All Sales Final

All sales at Angel City Stitchery are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Due to the nature of our products — needlepoint canvases and threads — we are unable to verify the condition of items once they leave our store. Canvases are susceptible to damage, soiling, and creasing, and thread quantities cannot be confirmed as complete after purchase. For these reasons, we ask that you carefully consider your selections before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@angelcitystitchery.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported promptly.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
